When you select to skip your membership, all of your benefits are paused for one month, including the 1% monthly bonus awarded on top of your total R+ Credit. All monthly, yearly or additional contributions are 100% converted to R+ Credit and are eligible for the 1% monthly bonus for the 9 months following that contribution as long as you remain active.
If you skip for one month, you lose that bonus, and now you will at most be awarded the 1% monthly bonus 8 times. The more months you skip, the fewer times you will be awarded the 1% monthly bonus. If you never skip a month, your total Rebag+ credit will get an aggregated bonus of up to 9% after 9 months.
