My monthly contribution charge failed, what can I do?

If we are unable to charge your monthly contribution, we will notify you by email and give you five days before we try again. During those five days, your membership benefits will remain active.

Update your payment method and ensure that the credit card used for your membership contribution has enough funds.

If the payment fails again when we retry 5 days later, we will cancel your membership.
