If Your Magazine Has Not Arrived...

Sorry to hear this. First, let's check a couple things:

  1. Please make sure that the magazine was published. If published you will see it listed in the app under Settings/Order History.

  2. Please make sure that the magazine has, in fact, shipped. It might still be on press. This information can be found in the app under Settings/Order History.

  3. If the magazine has shipped, the UPS tracking link will be accessible in the app under settings/order history. Simply click on the Track Magazine button

If the above are verified, see below:

Sadly parcels are sometimes lost by the delivery service (USPS / UPS) or they arrive way later then expected. Especially during holiday seasons.

Please reach out to us via the Chat Messenger in the app. Let us know the Order ID (under Settings/Order History) of the magazine(s) that didn't make it so we can follow up and try to get you a replacement.

Shipments over the 120 day UPS tracking expiration date cannot be refunded, replaced or tracked.
