Rechargly allows you to export customer and agreement data into CSV files for reporting or record-keeping. You can export charges, customer contact information, and agreements with various filtering options.
How To Export Customer Charges To A CSV
Rechargly lets you export a detailed breakdown of customer charges with two options:
Last 3 Months – Exports charges from the past 90 days.
All Charges – Exports the complete charge history for all customers.
Steps to export customer charges:
Go to the Charges page.
Click the […] icon on the right side of the page.
Select either Last 3 Months or All Charges.
Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.
How To Export Customer Contact Information To A CSV
You can export billing and contact information in three formats, depending on your needs:
Organisation/Plans – A summary of all plans and associated organisations.
Customers – A list of customers, including contact names and details.
Customers With Addresses – A filtered list including only customers with address details.
Steps to export billing information:
Go to the Mapping page.
Click the […] icon on the right side of the page.
Select one of the following filters: Organisation, Customers, or Customers With Addresses.
Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.
How To Export Agreements To A CSV
Rechargly allows you to export agreement data with several filtering options:
All Agreements – Export every agreement in your account.
Accepted Agreements – Export only agreements accepted by clients.
Sent And Opened Agreements – Export agreements that have been sent and viewed but not yet accepted.
Steps to export agreements:
Go to the Agreements page.
Click the […] icon on the right side of the page.
Select one of the following filters: All Agreements, Accepted Agreements, or Sent And Opened Agreements.
Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.
Pro Tip: When exporting large datasets, allow a few moments for the file to generate before downloading to ensure all records are included.
