What is a migrated customer?
A migrated customer is a customer thatâs been imported from your other billing provider. This can be mapped to only one customer in Rechargly.
âWhat happens if the migration page (for review) gets stuck and you cant view any new customers?
If you zoom out two or three times, it will fix itself. To do this:Mac: command + minus (-)
Window: hold the Ctrl key and press the â (minus) key

Check the confirmed tab, and itâs likely that you have mapped it to another customer.
