- What is a migrated customer? 
 A migrated customer is a customer that’s been imported from your other billing provider. This can be mapped to only one customer in Rechargly.
 
- What happens if the migration page (for review) gets stuck and you cant view any new customers? 
 If you zoom out two or three times, it will fix itself. To do this:- Mac: command + minus (-) 
- Window: hold the Ctrl key and press the – (minus) key 
 
 
- What happens if you can’t find a migrated customer in the list? 
 Check the confirmed tab, and it’s likely that you have mapped it to another customer.
