When signing in with your email and password, you may encounter an issue where you appear to be stuck in a login loop. You might also see the following error message:
Firebase: This operation is sensitive and requires recent authentication. Log in again before retrying this request. (auth/requires-recent-login)
How to fix the login loop issue
Log Out Of Your Account
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the Rechargly dashboard.
Select Logout.
Log Back In
Return to the login page and sign in again with your email and password.
After logging back in, you can proceed to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional account security.
How to check if you've enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Go to My Account.
Click the button Add authentication method.
Follow the on-screen authentication steps to complete the setup.
When setup is complete, your screen should look like the example below.
