This article outlines the steps to update missing email addresses for clients in your Rechargly account.

Proper email records are necessary for sending invitations to clients to set up their direct debit.

Steps to Update Missing Email Addresses

  1. Log in to Xero and update the missing email addresses in the client contact records.

  2. After making the updates, go to the Integrations page in Rechargly.

  3. Click on the Active button to show a dropdown.

  4. Select Re-sync now to pull the latest data from Xero.

Once you have completed the steps above, please inform us so we can restart the agreement process, allowing your clients to set up their direct debit in Rechargly.
