This article addresses how clients can access their invoices through Rechargly. It will guide users on viewing and obtaining copies of their invoices.
Steps to Access Invoices
Access your unique agreement URL. This URL is provided during onboarding and can also be requested from the support team if needed.
Go to the Agreements page to view all charges and invoices.
Click […] and download the invoice.
Need a PDF Copy?
Clients can request a PDF copy of their invoices, which can be sent directly from Xero by contacting support.
Troubleshooting
Remember that invoices are stored for 60 days on Stripe, after which they can still be viewed but not downloaded.
You can always share invoices to your client from Xero.
