This article explains how clients can view and download their invoices through Rechargly.
Steps To Access Invoices
Open your client’s agreement link.
Go to Agreements.
Find the relevant client in the list.
Click on Copy Link next to their agreement.
Send this link to your client so they can access their agreement.
Once your client opens the agreement link, they can view all charges and invoices associated with their account.
To download an invoice, your client should:
Click on the invoice they want to view.
Then click on the […] icon and select Download PDF.
Need A PDF Copy?
If your client needs a PDF version of their invoice, the support team can send it directly from Xero upon request.
Troubleshooting
Invoices are available for 30 days on Stripe. After that period, they can still be viewed but not downloaded.
You can always resend or share invoices directly with your client from Xero if they need another copy.
Pro Tip: Encourage clients to bookmark their agreement link for quick access to all current and past invoices.
