Option 1: From the Invoices Page
Go to the Invoices section.
Find the draft invoice for the customer.
Click Send now.
This will:
Finalise the invoice (you can also choose to backdate the invoice)
Enable the customer
Trigger the agreement email to be sent
You’ll see a confirmation screen explaining these steps before you confirm.
Option 2: From the Billing Page
Navigate to the Billing tab.
Click "Preview and Enable Recharging
Review the customers in the approval summary.
Tick the box Send emails now.
Click Enable customers.
This will send out all selected invoices and agreements in one go.
