Rechargly doesn’t automatically notify you when a payment fails. If your team isn’t logging in regularly, we recommend checking the ‘Failed’ tab on the Invoices page periodically and managing this once per month..
In the meantime, here’s how to monitor failed payments:
Go to the Invoices page in Rechargly
Click on the Failed tab to view any unsuccessful charges
Use this view to follow up and take action if needed
