If you’d like to keep a colleague or team inbox in the loop when agreements are sent to clients, you can add a CC email in your Rechargly settings. This is a global setting, so it will apply to all agreement emails.
How to Add a CC Email Address
Go to the Setup page in Rechargly.
Find the section called Add Email Headers.
In the CC email address field, add the email address you’d like to copy.
You can enter multiple addresses if needed.
Or choose Use main contact email if you’d like to copy the person managing the client.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Once set up, every agreement email sent to your clients will also be CC’d to the addresses you’ve added.
To avoid cluttering your inbox, set up a rule to automatically move these CC’d emails to a folder. It’s also a handy way to confirm that reminders and agreements have been sent out properly.
