When a customer is marked as scheduled in Rechargly, their agreement won’t be sent until the defined billing date. If you need to send the agreement link before this date, follow the steps below to enable the customer and trigger the agreement send.
Steps to Manually Send a Scheduled Agreement
Go to the Billing Page: Log in to Rechargly and navigate to the Billing section.
Search for the Customer: Use the search bar to find the customer whose agreement is scheduled.
Enable the Customer: Click the three-dot menu [...] next to the customer and choose Enable Customer. This will activate their agreement and move them out of the scheduled state.
Send the Agreement: After enabling, click the three-dot menu again and select Send Now. This will immediately trigger the agreement and make the link visible in the Agreements tab.
