Once an agreement has been sent in Rechargly, updating the client’s email address isn’t automatic. If your client has provided a new email address after the agreement has gone out, just reach out to our support team and we’ll update it for you manually.
What to do:
Email us at support@rechargly.com or use the in-app chat.
Include the customer’s name and the new email address.
We’ll update it on our end and re-send the agreement if needed.
