Updating Email Address Once Agreement Has Been Sent

If an agreement has already been sent, contact support to update the email address.

Once an agreement has been sent in Rechargly, updating the client’s email address isn’t automatic. If your client has provided a new email address after the agreement has gone out, just reach out to our support team and we’ll update it for you manually.


What to do:

  1. Email us at support@rechargly.com or use the in-app chat.

  2. Include the customer’s name and the new email address.

  3. We’ll update it on our end and re-send the agreement if needed.

We’re working on making this more self-service, but for now, we’re happy to handle it for you.
