If your invoice isn’t sending, it’s likely because the total is below Rechargly’s minimum invoice threshold of $5 AUD - or the equivalent in USD, GBP, or NZD. To save you from billing tiny amounts, we automatically skip these invoices.

What Happens Instead:

  • The charges will continue to accrue.

  • Once the total exceeds $5 AUD, the invoice will automatically be sent.

  • If Direct Debit is set up, the client will be charged on the next billing date.

Want to Send It Now?

You can choose to invoice the customer immediately by:

  1. Adding a custom charge to bring the total above $5 AUD.

  2. Using the ‘Send Now’ function in Rechargly.

If it’s a new agreement, this will also trigger the first invoice. If Direct Debit is enabled, the client will be charged.
