If your client has requested to update their billing information, you have two options:
Update the information on behalf of the client:
Go to your Stripe dashboard
Go to Customers page
Find the customer you are looking to update.
The most efficient way to do this is to filter by the customer’s email address
4. Scroll down until you see Payment methods
5, Click the three […] and update the billing information.
6. Make the new payment method their default
7. Find the unpaid invoice
8. Click Charge Customer on the top right side of the invoice page
Get the client to update their billing information:
Send the client their unique Rechargly agreement link
2. Get the client to confirm they have updated their details
3. Go to Stripe
4. Update the default payment method for the client
5. If the Invoice hasn’t been charged already, click Charge Customer on the top right side of the invoice page
