How to Update Billing Address on Agreement Page
If you want to update the billing address shown on a customer’s agreement page,
the customer can do this when they complete the agreement. After that, we recommend updating the same address in Xero Blue for consistency
Rechargly does not push changes back into Xero.
For email changes:
If the agreement has already been sent and the email address is incorrect, contact our support team at support@rechargly.com or use the in-app chat.
Please include the customer’s name and the new email address. We’ll update it manually and re-send the agreement if needed.
Name changes:
Cancel the agreement
Go back to the Mapping and map to the correct customer
Send a new agreement with the correct customer name
