How to Import a QuickBooks Invoice into Rechargly

To import a QuickBooks invoice into Rechargly, follow these steps:

  1. Export from QuickBooks:

    1. Login to your QuickBooks Accountant account.

    2. Go to Subscription and Billing.

    3. Go to Billing Details.

    4. Review the payment history.

    5. Select Export to CSV from the dropdown.

  2. Import to Rechargly:

    1. Find QuickBooks in the list of vendors.

    2. Click Upload CSV.

    3. In the upload screen that appears:

      1. Drag and drop your CSV file, or click browse to locate the file on your computer.

      2. Enter the Invoice Number as shown on your QuickBooks invoice.

      3. Enter the Billing period start and end dates.

    4. Click Submit once all fields are complete. If you’re not ready, you can select I’ll do this later.

Your imported charges will appear under the Charges tab once processed.
