How to Change an Email Address for an Agreement

If you need to change the email address associated with an active agreement after it has been sent, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rechargly.com or use the in-app chat.

  2. Include the customer's name and the new email address.

  3. We will update it and re-send the agreement if needed.

If you need to update contact information before sending agreements, update it in your Xero account first, then re-sync the integration in Rechargly to pull the latest information.
