Handling MYOB Invoices Missing from Imports List
If your MYOB invoice isn't showing in the Imports list, it likely wasn't received properly. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
Check Imports page: If the invoice isn't listed there, it was never received.
Reasons for missing MYOB invoices:
Wrong forwarding setup - the email must include both PDF and TXT files.
Forwarded to the incorrect email address.
Security tools blocking the forwarding.
Partner Invoice: For MYOB specifically, we need the partner invoice that includes a .TXT file (not individual customer invoices). The .TXT file contains the charge data we process.
Blocked by IT: If your email shows it was forwarded to the correct address but isn't appearing, check if your IT security settings might be blocking external forwarding or if the attachment was stripped during forwarding.
