Updating Email Addresses for Quickbooks Subscriptions

To update your email address in Quickbooks through Rechargly, first update your contact information directly in Quickbooks. After making the change, re-sync your integration in Rechargly to reflect the updated email address.

Here’s how to re-sync:

  • Go to the Integration tab in Rechargly.

  • Find your Quickbooks connection and select ‘Re-sync now’ from the dropdown menu.

  • Wait 2–3 minutes for the update to take effect.

This ensures your new email address will be used for future correspondence and agreements in Rechargly.

For updating the email address of a specific client for their Quickbooks subscriptions, please note that if the agreement has already been sent, this change is not automatic. You will need to contact our support team to stop the communication continuing with the old email address.

What to do:

  • Use the in-app chat or email us at support@rechargly.com

  • Include the customer’s name and the new email address.

  • Our team will update the email and re-send the agreement if needed.
