When you update a customer’s email address in Xero and re-sync your integration in Rechargly, the new email address will automatically update in Stripe.
If You Need to Update the Communication Email
If you need to change the email address used for reminder email communication after an agreement has already been sent:
Contact our support team via email at support@rechargly.com or through the in-app chat.
Include the customer’s name, old email and the new email address you would like to use.
We will confirm when the change has been made.
