How to remove imported charges from scheduled invoices

Steps to exclude imported charges so scheduled invoices are removed.

Remove imported charges that still appear on scheduled invoices

If you deleted an import but still see charges on scheduled invoices, deleting the import does not automatically remove those charges. Exclude the charges directly to remove the scheduled invoices.

Steps (Charges page)

  1. Go to the Charges page.

  2. Find the charges you want to remove — they will show as New or Scheduled.

  3. Tick the checkboxes in the Status column. Use Select All for bulk selection if needed.

  4. Choose Exclude from the actions. Excluding charges will remove any related draft or scheduled invoices automatically.

Steps (Invoices page)

  1. Go to the Invoices page.

  2. Search for the invoice with charges you want to remove

  3. Expand the invoice and hover over the line item

  4. Hit the red X button

  5. If you go to the Charges page, you will see that the charge has been excluded.
