Personalising what communication goes to your clients
The client agreement is a template that is defined by Rechargly. We don’t currently offer the ability to modify the words on the agreement page or the emails that your client receives.
What changes can I make?
In the Setup page under "Email Headers" you can modify:
From name (sender name on emails)
Main contact email for your company
Reply-to email address
CC email address for all client emails
The agreement wording also adjusts automatically based on whether you pass discounts to customers - if no discounts, it removes discount references to keep messaging clear. You can also add your own branding like logos and colors to both emails and agreement pages.

In Stripe, we also suggest reviewing the following:
Turn on Revenue Recovery emails so that your client’s get notified when payments fail
Turn off all Debit customer emails so your clients don’t receive unwanted emails by Stripe
