How to issue a refund
Go to Invoices in Rechargly and go to the paid invoice tab
Find the invoice you want to refund
If the payment has been successfully processed, you will see the option to refund directly from Rechargly
The refund will then be processed through Stripe and it will be processed in 2-5 business days)
Important notes
Refunds are only available for paid invoices
Draft or scheduled invoices cannot be refunded
Avoid issuing refunds directly from the Stripe dashboard, as this can cause reconciliation and reporting issues in Rechargly
