Part 1: Verify Your Account
1. New connection from Rechargly
Go to the Integrations page and hit the “New Connection” button
2. Sign in to Stripe or Create an Account
If you already have a Stripe account, use the same email address. This will create a Rechargly sub-account which you can toggle between.
Otherwise, input your email and create an account.
3. Complete MFA
You will be required to set up multi-factor authentication
4. Complete your business information
5. Share more about your business

Business address
Phone number
Website
Description
6. Business representatives
Verify the identify of the director(s) of the business
Legal name
Email
Job title
Date of birth
Address
Once confirmed, the other director(s) can be added
7. Add bank information
What bank account do you want your payouts from Stripe to be sent to?
Ensure that you choose automatic payouts, rather than manual.
8. Add public details
Statement descriptor - what do you want to appear on your client’s bank statement. This should be similar to your business name or URL.
Customer support phone number - put your generic business number.
9. Climate commitment [optional]
Decide whether you want to donate part of your revenue to climate change.
10. Review and submit
Once you’ve input all the information, you will need to confirm and be redirected back to Stripe.
Part 2: Enable Direct Debit
We suggest adding direct debit as an additional payment method for your customers. Please follow these instructions and the specific workflow for your country.
