How does Rechargly charge me?

We charge a base Subscription Fee based on the number of clients accessing the Platform, and a Percentage Fee calculated from the total value of processed software disbursements during the cycle. Base Subscription Fees are billed at the beginning, and Percentage Fees at the end of each cycle.

Do I get a refund for clients that leave my firm?

Yes, we can give you a refund or apply a credit to your account.

Can I pass on Rechargly fees?

Yes, our fees can be included in the processing fees and passed on to your clients, typically increasing their invoice by $1-3 per month.

How do the processing fees work?

Rechargly uses Stripe for billing. By default, Stripe’s fees are absorbed by the accounting firm.

Can I pass on the processing fees?

Yes, processing fees can be passed onto your clients. We can set this up during your initial configuration.
