How to connect your Xero account
To integrate Xero to Rechargly, you can do this by following these steps:
Navigate to the Integrations section in your Rechargly dashboard.
Select ‘New Connection’ under the Accounting tab.
Follow the prompts to authorise your Xero account connection with Rechargly. Here’s what you’ll see:
Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation of the connection date and status, which should display as ‘Active’.
Monitoring Your Integration
Integration Failures: You’ll receive an in-app notification and the following message below if the integration fails.
Disconnecting Your Xero Account
Should you need to disconnect your Xero integration:
Click on the ‘down button’ which is beside the word ‘Active’ in the connection status
Click ‘Disconnect’
Your Xero integration has been successfully removed.
