Why are charges not appearing?

Why charges aren't being imported into the Rechargly platform

When a charge has been successfully imported, you will be notified in the setup (Received Correctly).

Reasons why charges may not upload include:

  • The email forwarded doesn’t include the PDF attachment

  • The email has been not been forwarded to the correct address

  • Consider whether a cybersecurity service (e.g., Sophos) is blocking URL reads necessary for processing.
