Why Are The Contact Person Details Not Appearing In The Mapping Tab?

Contacts in Rechargly are mapped based on your existing contact list from Xero Blue.

New contacts created in Xero will not appear as customers in Rechargly until the first invoice has been created in Xero.

If your contact isn’t showing in the Mapping tab, follow the steps below to add and sync them correctly.

Steps To Add A Contact In Xero

  1. Open your Xero Blue account and go to Contacts.

  2. Click the green New contact button.

  3. Enter your customer’s details and Save.

  4. Create a draft invoice for that contact to activate them in Xero.

How To Trigger A Contact Re-Sync In Rechargly

  1. Go to Mapping in Rechargly.

  2. Click on the three dots on the upper right

  3. Click on Re-sync contacts

It usually takes no more than a couple of minutes for your updated contacts to appear in Rechargly.

Still Not Working?

Sometimes Xero takes a little longer to update. If the contact still isn’t appearing, try this:

  1. Open the contact in Xero Blue.

  2. Click Edit, make a small change (for example, add a full stop or space), then Save.

  3. Re-sync again from Rechargly.
