How Xero client's can refresh their contact data to retrieve the billing admin name and email

Contacts are mapped based on your existing contact list from Xero Blue. New contacts in Xero don't appear as Customers in Rechargly until an invoice has been created.

How to fix this?

  1. Create a contact in Xero Blue to add to Rechargly.

  2. Create a draft invoice with the contact.

  3. Refresh your Rechargly Integration by choosing the dropdown beside Status and choose ‘Re-sync now’.

4. Wait 2-3 minutes and your updated contacts will appear.
