Why are the contact person details not appearing in the mapping tab?

Contacts are mapped based on your existing contact list from Xero Blue. New contacts in Xero don't appear as Customers in Rechargly until the first invoice has been created on Xero.

How to fix this?

You need to create a new contact on Xero Blue and re-sync from Rechargly. Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Xero Blue account and go to Contacts.

  2. Click on the green button New contact.

  3. Add your customer's details and save.

  4. Create a draft invoice with the contact.

  5. Open Mapping in Rechargly.

  6. Refresh your connection by opening the dropdown menu and clicking on Re-sync contact.

  7. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes for your updated contacts to appear.

Still not working?

Some times Xero takes time to update, in this case you'll have to update the contact on Xero and re-sync from Rechargly. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the contact on Xero Blue.

  2. Add or modify any field by clicking Edit and saving. This can be any property. You can also add a character, save it and remove it.

  3. Re-sync again from Rechargly.
