How to update pre-populated address information in payment sign-up for

Client information is not pre-populating correctly in the Rechargly auto-agreement page.

Ensure that the address details are correctly set in Xero Blue. Update the information, and then refresh the Xero integration from Rechargly.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Update the contact information from the Xero Blue that you’ve connected to Rechargly

  2. Refresh Xero Blue integration in Rechargly

  3. Contact information will be updated in the auto-charge agreement.

Be aware that the contact information will update for all future client correspondence.
