If your invoice emails aren’t being forwarded to Rechargly, it’s important to review your forwarding rules and confirm that all conditions meet Rechargly’s requirements. Incorrect or blocked forwarding settings can prevent invoices from being imported successfully.
Things To Check
IT Provider Restrictions: If you are using Outlook, your IT Administrator will need to enable email forwarding to your unique Rechargly email address.
Cybersecurity Settings: If your company uses a cybersecurity tool such as Sonos, it may alter invoice URLs (for example, changing your Xero invoice link), which can prevent forwarding from working correctly.
Filter Rules: Make sure your forwarding and filtering rules have been created exactly as required by Rechargly.
