Check the forwarding rules and ensure that the conditions match what is required by Rechargly. Verify that the connection steps have been correctly followed.
Things to check:
Has your IT provider blocked the forwarding rule.
Is your company using a cybersecurity provider that changes the invoice URL e.g. if you use Sonos, your Xero invoice URL will change when it’s forwarded to Rechargly.
Ensure that the filter rules have been created correctly.
