How To Change Tax Rates For Draft Invoices In Rechargly

You can update the tax settings for a customer directly from the Billing page in Rechargly.

Steps to adjust tax settings

Go to the Billing page.
Find the customer whose tax rate you want to update.
Hover over the Tax rate column and click the GST button.
- A confirmation box will appear asking, “Set tax rate to zero?”
- Select Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
Go to the Invoices page and open the draft invoice.
- You’ll see that the tax status has been updated.
