How to add multiple email addresses for emails sent by Rechargly to your clients

Learn how to include multiple recipients from your company in outbound emails sent from Rechargly to your clients.

Rechargly supports adding one email address for communication with your clients. To allow multiple team members receive these emails, you can set up an email forwarding rule within your email provider.

This approach is similar to the forwarding rules you may have already created for Xero or Quickbooks.

Steps:

  1. Access your email provider’s settings (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

  2. Create a new forwarding rule, specifying the rules for the emails that you want to forward.

  3. Add the additional email addresses of your team members as recipients of the forwarded emails.

  4. Save the rule and test it to ensure that all designated recipients are receiving the emails.
