Rechargly supports adding one email address for communication with your clients.

If you want multiple team members to receive these emails, you can set up an email forwarding rule within your email provider. This method works the same way as the forwarding rules you might already use for Xero.

Steps To Set Up Email Forwarding

  1. Access your email provider’s settings (for example, Gmail or Outlook).

  2. Create a new forwarding rule and define the conditions for the emails you want to forward.

  3. Add the additional email addresses of your team members as recipients of the forwarded emails.

  4. Save the rule and test it to confirm that all designated recipients are receiving the emails.

Pro Tip: Use a shared inbox (such as accounts@yourpractice.com) as your primary Rechargly contact address to simplify communication management.
