When the agreements are triggered for the first time, below is an example of how the email looks.
If you decide not to pass on any discounts to your customers, the agreement is worded slightly differently to keep things clear and accurate. Instead of referencing any exclusive rates, it simply says:
“The software suite subscription gives you access to a curated selection of accounting and productivity tools.”
This version removes any mention of discounts, which helps avoid confusion and keeps the wording relevant to what’s actually being offered.
From the Setup page, within the ‘Email Headers’ setting, you can modify the following email fields:
From name field;
Main contact email from your company;
Reply to email;
CC email address for all outgoing email for clients.
