What emails do the client receive when they set up an agreement

The emails and agreement page that the client will see when they set up their direct debit agreement.

When the agreements are triggered for the first time, below is an example of how the email looks.

From the Setup page, within the ‘Email Headers’ setting, you can modify the following email fields:

  • From name field;

  • Main contact email from your company;

  • Reply to email;

  • CC email address for all outgoing email for clients.

When the client clicks ‘Review setup auto-charge’, they are taken to their Agreement page:
