Sending reminders to clients to set up their agreement and billing details

Clients are sent an initial email plus three reminders over a four-week period to set up their billing agreement in Rechargly.

When you enable a customer for the first time, Rechargly automatically sends them an email prompting them to set up their agreement and billing details. If the client does not complete this step, Rechargly will send up to three reminder emails over a four-week period. If the agreement remains incomplete after these reminders, Rechargly will notify you via email. To manually resend the agreement link to a client, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Agreements page.

  2. Select the option to resend the agreement link directly to the client.

If the agreement hasn’t been created after four weeks, Rechargly will send you a notification email. Below is what the final reminder looks like:
