Sending Reminders To Clients To Setup Their Agreement And Billing Details

Clients are sent an initial email plus three reminders over a four-week period to set up their billing agreement in Rechargly.

When you enable a customer for the first time, Rechargly automatically sends them an email prompting them to set up their agreement and billing details.

If the client does not complete this step, Rechargly will send up to three reminder emails over four weeks. If the agreement remains incomplete after these reminders, Rechargly will notify you by email.

You can also manually resend the agreement link to your client at any time.

Steps To Manually Resend An Agreement Link

  1. Go to the Agreements page.

  2. Locate the relevant client’s agreement.

  3. Hover over the agreement, then click Copy Link.

  4. Send the copied link directly to your client.

If the agreement hasn’t been created after four weeks, Rechargly will send you a notification email. Below is what the final reminder looks like:
