Steps to void an invoice in Rechargly and sync it to Xero

  1. Go to the Invoices page.

  2. Locate the invoice you wish to void.

  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the invoice and select Void Invoice.

  4. Confirm the void action in the pop-up modal.

The invoice will immediately sync with Xero, updating its status to “Voided.”

Are there exceptions when syncing voided invoices?

  • If the invoice was not previously synced to Xero, voiding it in Rechargly will not reflect in Xero.

  • Ensure the integration between Rechargly and Xero is active to guarantee the void status is synced.
