Register a Participant for a Program
Use the Register for a Program option to enroll a member in an available program session. The registration process follows the same workflow that members experience when registering online, allowing staff to easily assist members while seeing the same registration screens.
Step 1: Search for the Member
Search for and Select the member’s profile.
From the Member Actions dropdown, select Register for a Program.
Note: After selecting this option, the registration interface will mirror the online member registration experience. If you encounter confusing workflows, difficulty locating programs, or other usability concerns, members are likely experiencing the same issues. Contact your program administrator or support team if assistance is needed.
Step 2: Find the Program
Search for the program you want to register the member for.
Searching by Program Name is the fastest and most effective method.
Use the available branch filters if necessary.
Note: Program searches default to the user’s home branch. If a program cannot be located, verify the branch selection and program availability.
Step 3: Select the Session(s)
Select the appropriate Division.
Select the checkboxes for all applicable session(s).
Click Register Selected.
Step 4: Confirm the Participant
Confirm the appropriate participant is being registered.
Review any eligibility alerts that may appear indicating specific age restrictions or potential existing registrations for the selected sessions.
Step 5: Participant Information & Registration Questions
Enter or review the required participant information fields.
Any information entered will automatically update the member’s profile.
To update address information for every household member, choose Update ALL Members in This Group.
Previously answered registration questions for the participant will automatically populate when available. Review and update as needed.
Answers previously provided by other household members can be selected from the dropdown menu in the questions section.
After completing all required questions, click Next.
Step 6: Select Add-Ons (If Applicable)
If the program includes optional add-ons, select the desired options and continue to the next step.
Step 7: Review Fees and Payment Options
The registration summary displays all fees associated with the selected registration(s), including any future scheduled charges.
Review all fees with the participant or designated parent/guardian.
Confirm that all current due and/or future scheduled payments are accurate.
Choose one of the following options:
Choose an existing payment method on file to process the current balance and schedule upcoming charges based on their due dates.
Add a new payment method on file to process the current balance and schedule upcoming charges based on their due dates.
Select Invoice as the payment method if discounts or fee adjustments must be applied prior to payment.Note: Some programs may include multiple fee line items due at different dates.
Step 8: Complete the Registration
Click Complete to finalize the registration.

Once Complete is selected, the member is added to the program roster regardless of the payment method chosen or whether payment has been collected.
