Recooty lets you schedule interviews in three formats: Telephonic, Video Conferencing, and Walk-In. Follow these steps to set up your desired interview type.
Steps for Scheduling Any Interview
Navigate to the Jobs section on the dashboard.
Select the job role and the applicant you want to schedule the interview for.
Click on βSchedule Interviewβ and choose the interviewers for the interview.
Choose the interview type: Telephonic, Video-Conferencing, or In-person.
1. Telephonic Interview
Select Telephonic as the interview type.
Choose a scorecard from the drop-down for the interview and click on Next.
Provide the following details:
Duration: Choose between 15, 30, and 45 minutes or 1 or 2 hours.
Start Date and Time: Schedule the specific date and time.
Click Next to complete the scheduling process.
2. Video Conferencing Interview
Select Video Conferencing as the interview type.
Choose a Scorecard for the interview and click on Next.
Generate or Add Meeting Link:
If Zoom is integrated, click Generate Meeting Link to auto-create it.
If not, manually paste the custom meeting link from any other video platform.
Fill in the details:
Duration: Choose between 15, 30, and 45 minutes or 1 or 2 hours..
Start Date and Time: Schedule the interview.

Click Next to schedule the Video Conferencing interview.
3. In-person Interview
Select In-person as the interview type.
From the drop-down menu, select the existing office location saved in your organization settings.
Choose a scorecard for the interview from the drop-down menu and click on Next.
Provide the following details:
Duration: Choose between 15, 30, and 45 minutes or 1 or 2 hours..
Start Date and Time: Schedule the interview.
Click Next to complete the scheduling process.
