When using Record360 to scan driver's licenses, you will want to be sure your system does not have a firewall on our third-party provider.

Record360 connects to a secure, third-party endpoint to verify & scan license information. We need to be be able to connect to its endpoints at https://cssnwebservices.com/ to provide this service.

If you are having issues with our license scanner, please connect with your IT department to confirm this URL is accessible from within your company’s network.
