Searching the Dashboard

Finding an inspection on our dashboard is easy as there are many ways to search through your information.

First way is to use the Inspection Search at the top of the page:

This will search all columns in this page for the information.

Second way would be to select any one of the icons

that are next to the column names and enter your search criteria there. For example if you have the Unit ID (also referred to as Reference Number) you can enter there and it will only search the Unit numbers for the exact match. This helps narrow down your results.

From there you can sort by the remaining fields. For example you can search by "Damage" or "Type" to narrow down different aspects of the inspection.

There are some limitations to our search feature. As a default items within a checklist (ex. Make, Model, Serial #) are not searchable and will not narrow down your search. If you have a specific field that you need to be searchable you can reach out to support@record360.com and they can configure that setting.
