Zapier’s Quick Start Guide

While you won’t need deep technical knowledge to use Zapier, there are some basics to familiarize yourself with, including terms specific to Zapier such as Zaps, Actions, Triggers, Automations, and more. Before you get going, be sure to read to Zapier’s quick start guide below.

Creating an account

Zapier is external to Record360 - in order to integrate the Record360 app with other Zapier apps in the marketplace, you will need to create an account with Zapier. To do so, simply:

  1. Visit

  2. Click Sign Up in the upper right hand corner

  3. Follow the steps for sign up

  4. Start creating Zaps!

Pricing

Once you’ve created an account, you will be put into a free plan, which is Zapier’s introductory plan level for individual users. If you’d like to invite other team members to your account, you will need to upgrade to the Team plan. Zapier is priced separately from Record360, and is based on the numbers of “Tasks” generated in Zapier. Tasks are defined a a Zap that runs once. As you start to create your first Zaps, and get a sense of your task volume, you’ll be able to determine which plan level is right for you. See below for a detailed breakdown of Zapier’s pricing.
