How to Reserve a Court
Court reservations are made online through our platform on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability changes depending on demand and the time of booking.
Rules and Guidelines
Reservation rules are set by the Parks and Recreation departments. Here are common policies to keep in mind:
Minimum Reservation Time: Some departments require a minimum interval between reservations.
Example: If you are currently using a court, you may need to wait a specified period before booking it again.Reservation Release Times: Courts may be released at set times for advance booking. Release schedules vary by location.
Court Availability: Not all courts can be reserved online. Some operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Always check court-specific availability before planning.
Maximum Reservations: There may be limits on the number of active reservations per user to ensure fair access.
Lesson Slot Time Restrictions: Lessons cannot be created within 3 days of the current date.
Example: To book a lesson for Monday, you must reserve it by the preceding Friday.Advance Booking for Popular Slots: Some courts follow a fixed booking window.
Example: A slot for next Saturday opens for booking the preceding Saturday and may fill quickly.

Tips for Securing Court Reservations
Monitor Availability Regularly: Popular times, such as weekends, fill quickly. Check availability daily as new slots open.
Plan Ahead: Book lessons at least 4 days in advance to avoid the 3-day restriction.
Be Prompt for High-Demand Slots: Log in early when new slots open. For example, if slots open at 8:00 a.m., try to book as soon as possible.
