We came across a problem with a few of our merchants whose production dates of a certain type of product make it necessary for orders to be placed on a particular date of the month. So, here is a quick guide for you to set up plans for a specific day of the month:
Step 1: On your Recurpay dashboard, under "Subscription Plan", scroll to the bottom and "Renew all subscriptions on a specific date or day"
Step 2: Now choose the date/dates of the month, you want the renewal orders to be created.
Condition 1: To set up conditions for a specific date of the month, ensure you have the frequency as "month" while setting up the plan
Condition 2: To set up conditions for a specific day of the week, please ensure the frequency is set to a week.
Step 3: Click on the "Save" button and quickly check on the customer flow for your reference.
