Already using Loxo as your ATS? Great — connecting it to RecView only takes a couple of minutes. Once it's set up, RecView will be able to sync interview data directly into your Loxo account, so everything stays in one place.
Here's what you'll need and how to get it done.
What You'll Need
Before you start, grab these three things from your Loxo account:
Agency Slug — This is the first part of the path on your Loxo Careers Page URL, after the domain. For example, if your careers page is at careers.loxo.co/my-company-name, then my-company-name is your slug.
API Key — You'll find this inside Loxo under Settings > API Keys. If you don't see it, you may need admin access to your Loxo account.
Agency ID — This is the number in your Loxo URL when you're logged in. For example, if your URL looks like https://app.loxo.co/agencies/25186, then 25186 is your Agency ID.
Connecting Your Account
Log in to RecView and head to your Integrations settings.
Select Loxo from the list of available integrations.
You'll see an authorization screen asking for the three details above — paste in your Agency Slug, API Key, and Agency ID.
Hit Authorize, and you're done.
RecView will confirm the connection, and you'll be good to go.
Troubleshooting
Can't find your API Key? Make sure you're logged into Loxo as an admin. API Keys are only visible under Settings > API Keys for users with the right permissions.
Not sure about your Agency Slug? Check your Loxo Careers Page URL — the slug is the part right after the domain.
Connection not working? Double-check that there are no extra spaces in any of the fields, and that your API Key hasn't been regenerated since you copied it.
