How does a play-to-release bonus work?

Updated today

A play-to-release bonus is a reward added to your account that becomes real money only after you complete the wagering requirements attached to it. This means you’ll need to deposit, play, and track your progress before the bonus is released into your real-money balance.

When the bonus is activated, a wagering tracker will appear in your account, showing your progress through a dual progress bar — the lower bar fills as you make partial progress, and the upper bar completes once all wagering is finished. You can find the tracker on desktop in the top right corner and on mobile in the left side menu.

  • To release the bonus, you usually need to wager the bonus amount x30 (or x20, depending on the promotion).

  • 100% of Slot bets count toward the wagering requirements (some games excluded — see Bonus Terms).

  • Excluded games: live casino, table games, poker, virtual sports, crash games, and instant games.

  • You have 3 days to complete the wagering; after that, the bonus expires.

Once the wagering requirements are fully completed, the bonus is automatically released and added to your real-money balance. If you do not complete the wagering in time, the bonus will expire and be removed.
