The deposit limit does not reset immediately when you add or change it.
Here's how it works:
At the exact moment you attempt to deposit, the system checks how much you have already deposited in the last 24 hours (for the daily limit), 7 days (for the weekly limit), and 30 days (for the monthly limit).
If you have already deposited the selected amount within any of these timeframes, you will not be able to complete the deposit.
To understand when you will be able to deposit again:
Check the deposit limit amount and the relevant timeframe
Review the latest deposits you made until you reached the deposit limit
Add 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, depending on the limit
Example: Navi is unable to deposit on 15/04/2025 because his weekly deposit limit is €100. Navi's most recent deposits are:
€50 on 10/04/2024 at 13:05
€30 on 12/04/2025 at 21:15
€20 on 13/04/2024 at 17:30
Navi will be able to deposit again as follows:
€50 on 17/04/2024 after 13:05
€30 on 19/04/2025 after 21:15
€20 on 20/04/2024 after 17:30
Or €100 all together on 20/04/2024 after 17:30
It is worth noting that the system also considers seconds and changes due to daylight saving time (summer or winter time). If you are still unable to deposit, kindly wait a few more minutes or one more hour.
