How do I verify my account?

When you submit your first withdrawal request, you’ll be prompted to verify your account. The process is simple:

:passport_control: Upload Your ID

  • Provide a valid ID, passport, or driver’s license (both sides).

  • Only original documents are accepted — no scans.

:grin:Take a Selfie

  • Give your default browser access to your camera to complete this step.

:house: Upload Proof of Address

  • Acceptable documents include a utility bill (water, electricity), a bank statement (not from online banks like Revolut), or any other government-issued document.

  • The document must be no older than 3 months (issue date visible), with all four corners clearly visible.

  • Online bills must be uploaded as PDFs — screenshots are not accepted.

:bulb:Granting Camera Permissions:
Once you start the verification process, a pop-up will appear asking for camera access. If it doesn’t appear, go to your system settings and grant camera permissions to your default browser.
