Can I change my personal details?

To change your personal details you will need to get in touch with our customer support agents.

You can request to change/amend:
Your name

Your email address

Your home address

Your mobile number

We cannot modify:

The account currency
Your country of residence

If you have moved to a different country other than the one where you registered your account, please get in touch with our customer support agents.

Please note that we might ask you to send documents as a proof of the new details
