Why was my withdrawal cancelled?

We understand this can be frustrating, but occasionally, your withdrawal request may be cancelled, and the funds returned to your gaming account.

There are a few reasons why this might happen:

  1. We requested documents to verify your account and/or payment methods, but did not receive them within the allotted time frame (3 days).

  2. The withdrawal request contained incorrect details, such as a wrong IBAN or BIC, leading to a failure in processing.

  3. A technical issue occurred on the payment provider’s side.

In these cases, the full withdrawal amount should be returned to your gaming account.
